ECG’s membership is growing and so are our activities. We therefore plan to strengthen our secretariat team with a deputy Executive Director experienced in the FVL sector. As well as bringing vital current industry knowledge to the role this new position also marks the start of our succession planning ahead of the eventual retirement of the current Executive Director. The ‘new normal’ means we do not have to ask someone to relocate to Belgium, at least for now, though obviously considerable travel is foreseen.
